On Wednesday, April 24, seven THS Seniors completed their Seal of Biliteracy presentations. This event allows graduating seniors to demonstrate their abilities in World Languages by presenting original research to a panel of judges in their target languages. They all did an excellent job!
The New York State Seal of Biliteracy (NYSSB) was established to recognize high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in the three modes of communication (Interpretive, Interpersonal, and Presentational) in English and one or more world languages.
Students who successfully earn their NYSSB will receive a special seal on their diploma, as well as a medallion and certificate recognizing their achievement.
Congratulations to the following students who have earned their Seal of Biliteracy!
