Both Varsity and JV Winter Cheer had an impressive competition season.

Both the Varsity and JV Winter Cheer teams had a spectacular competition season, taking home first-place honors at several competitions and placing in the top four in every one, just a few points away from the top spot.

JV Coach Emily Bergdoll says her team has adapted to so many changes this year and has shown tremendous growth. The JV squad finished their season with a second-place finish at Niskayuna after back-to-back wins at Shaker and Schenectady.

The Varsity team, coached by Brianna Tesoriero, ended the season with a third place finish as Niskayuna after an impressive win at the Broadalbin Bonanza last weekend. Coach Tesoriero says it was a great first year coaching, and she continues to be impressed with the talent and dedication that her team has. She also noted the team has recorded the highest-scoring jumps compared to other schools in the division.

Congratulations on a fantastic season!
