The Troy City School District uses ParentSquare as its primary method of communication with student families for important alerts and updates.
All important text messages, phone & email alerts from the district about topics like early dismissals, closures, bus delays and more will be sent to families through this platform.
If you haven’t already done so, you are encouraged to activate your Troy CSD ParentSquare account ASAP using your current contact information on file with the district at www.parentsquare.com/signin
Using the link above, activate your account under the “Sign Up/Create New Password” section. If you are unable to activate your account, it likely means you need to update your primary contact information on file with the district. If this is the case, please contact your school’s main office to ensure they have your most up-to-date cell phone number and email address.
