Fall sports season is almost here! Whether you’re trying out for a team or joining practice sessions, it’s important to be prepared. All students must have an up-to-date physical on file with the school health office in order to participate. If you’re not sure whether your physical is current, please contact the school nurse as soon as possible. Don’t wait until the first day of tryouts – make sure your paperwork is in and you’re ready to go!

Open to any player interested from Troy and Gardner Dickinson Schools (7th through 12th only)
Summer workouts will begin July 22nd on Tuesday at the high school. These workouts will be continued every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm for the foreseeable future.
Workouts will consist of:
Strength/Athletic/conditioning training: 6pm-7pm
Lacrosse skills: 7pm-8pm
What you need to bring:
Gym appropriate footwear (no open toed shoes, slides, crocs etc.)
Lacrosse stick
If you do not have a stick, don’t worry, you will be supplied with one.
Fall Cheerleading
