Sports Registration

Troy City School District now offers the convenience of Arbiter (formerly FamilyID), a secure online platform that provides an easy, user-friendly way to register student-athletes for our athletic programs. When you register through Arbiter, the system keeps track of your information in a personal profile, so most of the information only needs to be entered once for each family member and can be used for multiple programs. To help expedite the process, have the following information on hand when registering:

• Updated physical
• Authorization of Medication form (if applicable)
• Two emergency contacts
• Physician contact information & medical history
• Health Insurance Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Student Information

2025-2026

Spring 2026

• All High School Sports: Monday, March 9
• All Modified Sports: Monday, March 23

Spring 2027

• All High School Sports: March 8
• All Modified Sports: March 22

Registration Process

• If this is your first time using Arbiter, visit this site and click “create account”. Click “log in” if you already have an account. *note- for Spring 2026, all families must create an account.
• Create your secure Arbiter account by entering the account other (parent/guardian) first and last names, email address and password.
• You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
• Click on the link in the activation email. This will log you in to Arbiter.
• Once you are on the correct registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red asterisk (*) are required to be filled in.
• Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
• Review your registration summary
• Click the “submit” button. This will complete your registration and send you an email confirming your registration. This does not mean your student is cleared to play – it just tells you the form has been submitted.

You may log in to Arbiter at any time to update your information and check your registration(s). To view a completed registration, select the “Registration” tab on the menu bar.
