44 students were inducted into the Troy Middle School chapter of the National Junior Honor Society on June 10.

In a ceremony on June 10, Troy Middle School inducted 44 students in its chapter of the National Junior Honor Society.

Like the National Honor Society at the high school level, students are selected for membership based on the organization’s pillars – Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. NJHS adds a fifth pillar: Citizenship.

This year’s NJHS officers spoke about the importance of each pillar before NJHS President Lizzy Lewis led the inductees in the NJHS pledge.

Congratulations to the newest members of the TMS Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society!
