The district’s other competing teams also made their mark. Carroll Hill School finished fifth out of 17 teams in its division and earned first place in the Spontaneous problem – a separate, on-the-spot challenge that tests creative thinking under pressure. School 14 finished sixth and School 18 finished seventh in the same problem and division as Carroll Hill.
Seven Troy CSD schools fielded at least one team at the regional competition, including all five elementary schools, Troy Middle School and Troy High School. School 18, School 16, CHS, and TMS each sent multiple teams.
The district congratulates all students, coaches, and families who made this possible. We are cheering on our teams heading to states this weekend.
