Spring sports season is almost here, and registering your student-athlete is now easier than ever.
Beginning this season, Troy CSD is using Arbiter (formerly FamilyID) to manage all athletic registrations. This secure, online system replaces our previous process and allows families to complete everything in one place. Please be sure to register your students through the building in which they are enrolled (TMS students should use the Troy Middle School Sports registration form and THS students should use the Troy High School Sports registration form).

Troy High School Students
- February 9 – March 16
- Practices begin March 9
Troy Middle School Students (Gardner Dickinson students should continue to register in accordance with Wynantskill UFSD policies)
- February 16 – March 23
- Practices begin March 16
Students must be fully registered and approved before participating in any practice, tryout, or team activity.
How to Register
- Create your FamilyID account (only one account per family is needed)
- Select your student and sport
- Upload a current physical
- Submit and wait for clearance confirmation
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to create a new account?
Yes. All families must create an Arbiter (formerly FamilyID) account this season — even if your student played previously (including this year’s fall or winter season).
Do I need a separate account for each child?
No. One parent/guardian account can manage all student-athletes in your household.
What if I cannot upload the physical?
You may scan or take a clear photo of the physical form and upload it directly. If you need assistance, contact Arbiter Registration Support at 800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com
Can my student try out if registration is incomplete?
No. Students must be fully registered and approved prior to participating in any athletic activity.
Is there a deadline?
Yes. Registration closes on the dates listed above. Late registrations may delay participation.

All students must have a current physical prior to participation and must be uploaded in this registration. You can easily access the NYS Health Examination form by clicking on the link provided.
