THS Students Ava Crawford, Alaia Harper, Mikayah Williams, Sophia LaBarge, Syiane Rosario attended the Adirondack Youth Climate Summit on November 4.

Five members of the Troy High School Environmental Club traveled to Tupper Lake on November 4 to participate in the 15th annual Adirondack Youth Climate Summit at The Wild Center.

Before arriving at the conference, the group stopped in Lake George to climb Buck Mountain, successfully reaching the summit. At the event, students attended a series of workshops, explored the museum, and collaborated to develop their own climate action plan.

The summit brings together students from across the region to learn about climate science, sustainability, and strategies for making a positive environmental impact in their schools and communities.
