Troy High School seniors celebrate National Decision Day by proudly displaying their college and career choices.
On Thursday afternoon, Troy High School seniors participated in National Decision Day, proudly representing their future plans with shirts, hoodies and signs. Whether they’re pursuing higher education or heading straight into the workforce, our students are taking exciting steps toward their futures.
National Decision Day is celebrated each year around May 1 as a way for high school seniors across the country to share and celebrate their post-graduation plans. It’s an opportunity to recognize all pathways – college, career, military, or other – and honor the hard work and commitment students have shown in preparing for life after high school.
While not every path was pictured, one thing is certain: the Class of 2025 is ready to soar!

These Troy High seniors are ready to become Great Danes as they prepare to attend the University at Albany this fall.

Proudly showing their college choices – SUNY Oneonta and East Carolina University -these students are excited for what’s ahead.
