The Girls Varsity Tennis team includes eight seniors, recognized before the Oct. 4 match vs Averill Park.
On October 4, we recognized our Girls Tennis Seniors before their home match against Averill Park. While the team did not secure a victory, it was still a day to celebrate the achievements of our seniors!
The team has eight seniors: Captain Ainsley Kingaman, Anya Roe, Captain Cami Lamora, Annalese Short, Irene Nguyen-McDowell, Elisabeth McDonald, Care Coonradt, and Amileys Noriega.
Among their many accomplishments, the Girls Varsity Tennis team has been a Scholar-Athlete team every season for the past six years and has been recognized by Rensselaer County for their dedication on the court and in the classroom.
To be designated a Scholar-Athlete team, the average GPA for 75% of the roster must be greater than or equal to 90%.
