CEO, Capital Roots and Unity House are once again providing free Thanksgiving food packages for families ahead of the holiday. Each package comes with fresh local produce, including potatoes, carrots, apples, onions or brussel sprouts, as well as gravy, macaroni, cranberry sauce, pie mix/filling, stuffing, and a gift certificate for the main dish. Sign up by calling CEO at 518-272-6012 ext. 302.
During intake, you will get an appointment to pick up your food package. Packages will be distributed on November 21 and 22 at CEO (2328 Fifth Avenue) and Unity House (2431 Sixth Avenue).
If you have a large family (5+) you will be eligible for up to two packages. Please speak to staff at CEO or Unity House if you have any questions or concerns.
