All Troy High students and their families are invited to join us for the first Troy High School Skilled Trades Night on Wednesday, May 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Troy Room at Troy Middle School. This is an opportunity for students and their families to learn more about opportunities in the skilled trades including local apprenticeship programs. There will be a presentation about opportunities in the skilled trades and a panel of professionals who will introduce their trade and answer questions from students and families.
Scheduled to attend are the Tri-City Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, Sprinkler Fitters, and Bricklayers and Allies Craftworkers.
This event is a great opportunity for students who may be interested in high-demand careers such as electricians, welders, plumbers, bricklayers, masonry, etc. We hope to see you there!
