Thursday, September 23, 6 – 9 p.m.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I would like to welcome you all to join us this Thursday, September 23, from 6-9 p.m. for our annual Parent Open House. This year we have opted to give you the option of attending in person or virtual. We will operate on a synchronous time schedule which is listed below.

There are a few things I would like to inform you of to help you with this process. We will maintain the same format as in years past and you will follow your child’s schedule to meet their teachers. You can access your child’s schedule in the Parent and Student Portals.

We will follow the “A” Day schedule – each class will be 15 minutes in length with 5 minutes allotted to move from class to class. Please see the below bell schedule below to help navigate through the night.

This is an opportunity to meet the people spending time with your children every day. Teachers will give you a brief overview of what it is like in their classrooms and outline their expectations for this school year. We kindly ask that you reserve the discussion of student progress for our first Parent-Teacher Conference on the evening of November 18th and the afternoon of November 19th.
