*All Troy CSD students will continue to receive FREE breakfast and lunch.*

Hello to our TCSD families,

We are excited for the start of a brand new school year in just a few short days! As always, the food services division at the Troy CSD remains committed to providing your child(ren) with healthy meals for both breakfast and lunch. There are a few important changes for the upcoming year that we want to make sure to bring to your attention.

  1. INTRODUCING TITAN:  The District has launched a new point-of-sale system on a platform called Titan. Parents can add money for snacks. All meals continue to be FREE for all students.  Any balance left on the account will be transferred to Titan. There are three easy steps to starting your family Titan account.
  1. Go to the Troy City School District-specific Titan Family Portal on any computer, tablet or mobile device – https://family.titank12.com/
  2. Create a free account using your email address and create a password
  3. Add funds securely to student accounts

If you experience issues with the registration process, please contact Susan Frank at (518) 464-5133.

  1. ALL Troy CSD STUDENTS RECEIVE FREE MEALS FOR 2021-22: Troy has announced an amendment to its policy for serving meals for children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2021-2022 school year, which would allow for all children at all schools/sites to be served meals at no
  2. HOUSEHOLD INCOME ELIGIBILITY FORM: Troy qualified for the program described above because of the socio-economic diversity of our community. In order to keep track of our District’s eligibility for such programs, it is important that EVERY household fill out a Household Income Eligibility form. If you would like to access the form digitally on Titan, please go here:  https://family.titank12.com/income-form/new?identifier=X2Q76X

This form provides valuable data to the District, as well as state and federal agencies, and provides a framework for the District to qualify and take advantage of different programs, based on the true demographics of Troy’s student population. The District will use information on this form to see what other benefits your family might be eligible for, including reduced fees for SATs, reduced monthly costs for internet access from certain providers, and more.

  3. MENUS FOR 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR: As a reminder, we will post monthly breakfast/lunch menus on the Food Services page: https://www.troycsd.org/district-services/food-services/
