Phases I and II of the Building Modernization Capital Project are underway. Renovations are currently in process at Carroll Hill School where new windows, bookshelves and HVAC systems are being installed; at School 14 where classroom walls are being built; and at the Troy Community School where extensive renovations are taking place. Work to repurpose the pool areas at School 14 and School 12 will begin soon.
