The purpose of this page is to let everyone know where we “unofficially” stand in regards to year-end events:
- Senior Prom/Event – June 11 or 12 – We are still planning to have a Senior Prom/Event. It may not be in a traditional setting but we are committed to doing the most we can, in accordance with NYS and DOH guidance, for the Class of 2021. Unfortunately, it appears that it is very unlikely that we will be able to have a Junior Prom this year.
- Graduation Ceremony – Weekend of June 25 – 27 – We are also committed to having a graduation ceremony. HVCC is the traditional location of our graduation but it is currently a vaccination site. There are also many constraints that still exist to having a large indoor event. Therefore, there is a strong possibility that we will have a graduation event(s) on our campus much like last year. The guidance from NYS and DOH will dictate the number of events (last year there were two) and the number of people permitted to attend.
The exact day and time of these events will be communicated as soon as they are confirmed.
