Learning and Transportation Choice Form

Please complete the Learning and Transportation Choice Form ONLY if you wish to request a change to your child’s learning and/or transportation model for the second half of the school year. These changes will take effect on February 1. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO MAKE A CHANGE, NO ACTION IS NEEDED.

This form must be completed by Tuesday, December 1, for those wishing to make a change.

Please keep in mind that, at this time, to ensure proper social distancing, classrooms and buses must continue to operate at a reduced capacity. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, depending on how many students choose to return to in-person learning, our model/plan may have to change. That is why it is critically important for those families who are looking to change to fill the form out in a timely fashion.

In-Person Learning (Grades Pre-K – 5)

The Troy City School District will offer in-person learning for students in Grades Pre-K – 5. **Please also indicate whether or not your (K-5) child will require bus transportation (PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide transportation for Pre-K students)**

In-Person Hybrid Learning (Grades 6 – 12)

Students in Grades 6 – 12 will receive a hybrid version of both in-person and at-home learning with their certified teacher. Please note: With a few exceptions, Troy High School students needing transportation will be taking CDTA. Students will receive a bus pass to ride CDTA for free. All students enrolled in the Remote Learning ONLY option will receive a full schedule, participate in daily instruction with a certified teacher, and will have the ability to interact with their peers. **Please note that once enrolled in the Remote Learning ONLY option, your student will be committed to this option for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year.**
