On July 23, incoming freshmen in the Troy Riverfront Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) visited Plug Power in Latham as part of the Summer Bridge Program. Plug Power designs and manufactures hydrogen fuel cell systems that replace conventional batteries in electric-powered vehicles and equipment.
Troy Riverfront P-TECH students are exploring various partner organizations to learn about careers in Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technology and Biotechnology. Summer Bridge also focuses on team building and problem-solving.
