Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. Becoming more mindful can help reduce stress and anxiety, refocusing your brain along the way.

Come take a break to learn about mindfulness practices and participate in yoga or enhance what you already know.

This event is open to parents, families and staff in the Troy City School District.
