According to NewYorkUpstate.com, Troy High School was ranked among the top 50 public high schools in upstate New York by Niche.com, a neighborhood and school analysis website. In addition, it was ranked among the top ten public high schools in the Albany area for the second year in a row.
The ranking is based on many factors including but not limited to Diversity, Teachers, Health & Safety, Academics, Clubs & Activities and College Prep.
Troy High School received an overall Niche Grade of A-.
Important to note: The 2017 graduation rate for Troy High School was 86%, which is actually much higher than what Niche is reporting. 2018 are not yet released by the State.
