School 2 Community Schools Wing Grand Opening celebration

The Community Room at School 2.

School 2 is a Community School

Community Schools like School 2 are meant to not only provide a quality education to every student, but also to serve as a hub for varied support services for both children and their families. The Community Schools Wing at School 2 is a newly renovated section of the building, allowing for private areas for medical and dental screenings, family support, career resources and meeting spaces.

Our staff consists of family advocates, social workers, community and student advocates, case managers and a pediatric health consultant. Learn more about our staff members.
