New in 2020, tax notices will be sent home to non-escrow paying residents. During the week of January 6, you will receive one of the following:
- A copy of your original school tax bill along with a notice of unpaid taxes if you have not made your first installment payment.
- Receipt copy of the school tax bill along with a second installment reminder notice to taxpayers who have not yet paid their second installment (receipt copy shows 1st installment payment and has a 2nd installment payment stub).

IMPORTANT!! The search engine requires ONLY ONE of the following a) Owner Last Name OR b) Street Name (name only, no house number), OR the SBL/Tax ID#. Enter ONLY ONE of these criteria.

Paying School Taxes
Due to heightened security concerns, no tax payments are accepted at the Business Office.
You now have four options for paying school taxes:
Checks should be made payable to the Enlarged CSD of Troy. Mail payment**, along with the appropriate bill stub to:

**U.S .Postmark determines date of payment.
You can now pay your School Taxes online using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.
Click here to be taken to our online payment provider’s site. Their fee includes a one-time transaction fee of $0.50 plus a 3.00% site fee for each line item.
This option is only available during the months of July, August, January, and February. In order to make your school tax payment in person, you must bring your entire bill with you. Drive up service is not available for school tax payments.

Paying with an e-check there will be a site fee of $4.95 for e-checks up to $2,499.99. E-checks over $2,500.00 the site fee will be calculated at 0.50% of check amount plus $4.95.
