On September 3, Governor Cuomo announced that school districts were required to provide the Department of Health with daily data on the number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in each school. The public can view our daily COVID-19 Report Card by clicking here.
As you are aware, symptoms of COVID-19 vary, and some people may not experience any symptoms at all. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills without a fever, sore throat, muscle aches and pains, or loss of smell or taste, we encourage you to self-quarantine, contact your physician and be tested for the virus. Anyone who is ill must stay home and should not enter school buildings.
As we become aware of positive cases, we will continue to alert members of our community via the daily report to the Department of Health, as well as a summary posted here. Should any of our students or staff test positive, we will contact parents/guardians of that building directly, as well.
