Students used high-powered microscopes to examine a variety of organisms found around Troy High.

Last week, BioBus (sponsored by Regeneron) visited Troy High to give students the opportunity to explore invertebrates and other organisms at a microscopic level. Using the high-powered microscopes and other tools on the bus, science students examined yellow jackets, ants and other local insects and a variety of other items found around the school.

BioBus has made several trips to Troy over the years, and each time, students are engaged and excited to explore the world around them.

Thank you to BioBus and Regeneron for this great opportunity!

BioBus staff left traps to collect insects to examine.

On the bus, students examined the collected insects and noted their observations.
