On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the South Colonie Central School District and Raiderfest will host the Greater Capital Region STEAM Exposition at Colonie Central High School in Albany, New York. We are inviting all NYS Capital Region students to showcase their passion for things related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics and the arts (including visual arts, fine arts, and performing arts). We are really excited to see what students are interested in and their presentations to the community.
 
The STEAM Exposition is similar to a science fair, but is much more as it is interdisciplinary and represents all disciplines, including Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics.

 
In addition to student projects, there will also be live animal shows, STEM competitions, and hands-on, interactive displays during the Discovery Fair at the STEAM Expo. Exhibitors include local colleges and universities, environmental groups, STEM-based companies, health and wellness organizations, professional societies, and arts organizations.
